    The Role
    We are seeking a skilled Squarespace designer who combines technical expertise with an obsession for clean, consistent UX/UI. You’ll receive clear direction and assets from our team — wireframes, branding suite, content, and design resources — and transform them into polished, client-ready Squarespace websites.

    This role is ideal for a technically strong designer who values flexibility and enjoys delivering elegant, functional websites without the constraints of a full-time schedule.

    What You’ll Do

    • Receive wireframes, branding suite, and content from our team

    • Build custom Squarespace websites that align with brand identity and UX best practices

    • Incorporate custom code and advanced Squarespace functionality where needed

    • Participate in design sprint weeks to implement, refine, and adjust in real time

    • Provide edits and refinements post-launch

    • (Bonus) Interact directly with clients during sprint weeks, managing expectations and providing clear communication

    Who You Are

    • Experienced Squarespace designer with a strong portfolio of custom, polished sites

    • High technical skill in Squarespace customization, responsive design, and light coding (HTML, CSS, JS)

    • Obsessed with detail, consistency, and delivering excellent user experiences

    • Strong communicator who takes direction well but also brings proactive problem-solving

    • Efficient and reliable — able to work quickly without sacrificing quality

    • Flexible and collaborative, comfortable with project-based work and sprint timelines
