Project-Based Engagements

Most engagements begin as focused, project-based work.

In this model, we work with a defined scope and timeline to diagnose challenges, design the appropriate strategy or platform, and deliver clear strategic and structural outputs that the organization can act on.

Project-based engagements are appropriate when:

  • the problem is well-bounded and clearly owned

  • alignment can be achieved within a defined time frame

  • the organization has the internal capacity to carry the work forward

Embedded Advisory (Enterprise)

For select Platform Architecture engagements, we operate as an embedded advisory partner.

In this model, we work inside the organization over time—guiding decision-making, shaping implementation, and supporting institutional learning as the platform is built, adopted, and refined.

Embedded advisory is appropriate when:

  • the work spans multiple teams or functions

  • ownership is unclear or distributed

  • the organization is evolving faster than its systems can support
